Mr. Brantley works for the Office of Personnel Management as a Human Resources Specialist. Previously, Mr. Brantley worked for over ten years as a project manager for IT projects in both the private industry and government. He received the Project Management Professional Certification in 2003 and is currently working on the Certified Professional on Learning and Performance (American Society of Training and Development). Bill Brantley has also worked as a trainer in project management for companies in Louisville, Kentucky.
Publications and presentations include topics on the causes of project failure, risk management and knowledge management principles for project management offices. He has served as the President and Board Officer for the Kentuckiana Project Management Institute. In 2009, Mr. Brantley will complete his doctorate in Public Policy and Administration at Walden University. His research interests include project management for government, change management, leadership skills for project managers and project management teams.
