Media group buys Jones companies

Glenn R. Jones has sold his radio-syndication companies to Triton Media Group, an affiliate of private-equity funds managed by Los Angeles-based private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management.
The sale of Jones Media Group and its operating companies, Jones Media America, Jones Radio Networks and Jones, was made by Jones International, a private company owned by Glenn Jones.
Terms were not disclosed.
Jones Media Group operates an independent radio network business that syndicates radio programming and services to more than 6,200 radio stations throughout the United States.
It is currently outside of our normal business hours.
